When a client purchases a web site I often conduct conference calls to introduce the client to their new web site. The easiest way to introduce them to their site and show them how to use the site is to actually show the client the computer screen. I have been using Dimdim to share what is on my computer screens during conference calls.

Dimdim is a free service that allows anyone, anywhere to communicate using rich media in real time and it does not require users to install software on their computers.

The host will set up the meeting in Dimdim and then send an invitation email to those who are invited to the meeting. When the invitation email is received all the receiver has to do is click to join a meeting.

The best part? Dimdim is available for free so everyone – not just big companies with big budgets – can use it.
