Our client TD Canada Trust is committed to protecting their customers from fraud, including online “phishing” websites and emails that seek to trick people into giving up your sensitive financial information.

“It’s encouraging to see that Canadians are taking more steps now to avoid being victims of fraud, but we want to remind Canadians to continue to remain diligent and protect themselves,” says Justin Hwang, Associate Vice President, Fraud Management, TD Canada Trust. “There are tools and information available to help protect Canadians and combat fraud, but the vast majority of fraud can be avoided if people are proactive and follow some simple tips, such as shielding their PIN and being careful with their personal information.”

In an effort to inform customers about scams and how to prevent fraud, TD chose the easiest, most effective way to deliver their messages – in an explainer video.

We’re happy to say that TD hired Switch Video to create their explainer video. The video quickly and simply empowers people to understand and prevent these serious risks. To boot, it’s delivered it in two languages.
