Description

We are seeking Business-to-Business Sales Professionals to sell web video, hosting and video marketing products to a wide variety of customers.  In this role, you will be supported by an experienced, energetic management team and world class creative team that is committed to your success, and a support network unmatched in our industry.

You will be responsible for contacting leads that show interest in our services as well as “hunting” for potential clients. Once you learn everything there is to know about products and services we offer,  you will contact leads, opportunities and clients on a daily basis by both phone and email. Experience in using web-based sales programs like Zoho or Salesforce is a definite asset as this is how we track our clients and sales. We also use several web-based project management tools like Basecamp and Market7, so experience working with computers and the internet is an absolute must.

As an account manager you will serve as the main contact with a lead until the video is sold and you have smoothly passed the project on to the assigned Project Manager. As with all sales positions, being personable, friendly and providing exceptional customer service are the keys to success.

Qualifications

  • Ability to build rapport and work effectively with all team members and our clients.
  • Sales experience & proven customer service skills.
  • Personable and approachable personality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking with clients on phone and in person.
  • Ability to juggle many tasks and to prioritize the most pressing issues.
  • Positive and professional, ready to get things done.
  • Detail oriented, self-sufficient and organized.
  • Must work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactive thinker who seeks to create efficiencies and improve our work flow.

Experience

  • Post secondary education or equivalent sales and client relations experience
  • Project management experience an asset
  • Computer knowledge

Compensation

The hourly wage for Account Managers is $10.25 plus 10% commission on sales.
