Our Process

Taking your complicated business or idea and making it simple is hard. We have now produced more than 200 videos and we have learned how to develop and stick to a process that works. Please watch the video to learn more.

Over 5 phases our team collaborates to take your concept and turn it into a clear and succinct video.

Phase One // Discovery
Goal: Signed Off Script Concepts and Creative Concepts

Phase Two // Script
Goal: Signed Off Script

Phase Three // Storyboard
Goal: Signed Off Storyboard

Phase Four // Animation Review
Goal: Approved Animation

Phase Five // Animation Delivery
Goal: Final File Delivery, tears of joy, laughter

Our video process takes 5 to 8 weeks to complete depending on the project. In order to meet our deadlines and to collaborate effectively we use a number of web based tools to support the creative process including;

Basecamp – Basecamp is a web based project management tool. All messages relating to the project will be sent through Basecamp so that everyone can be kept in the loop.

Google Docs – Rather then using Word to collaborate on a script we use Google Docs. Google Docs is built for collaboration over distance, allowing us to speed up the editing process.

ProofHQ – ProofHQ is used to share creative concepts as well as the draft version of the video. It is a great tool for adding your comments and showing us exactly what you would like to see in your video.
