Consistency for Clients: Our Three promises

How Switch’s Three Promises Keep Us Accountable

In businesses such as restaurants it can be tricky to turn a profit. There are any number of things that have to go right in order to promote sustainability. You have to produce good dishes, a good environment and excellent service to land customers. Repeating that high quality service is what makes the business profitable in the long-term.

One of the best ways to service your clientele is to provide consistency and we at Switch take consistency very seriously. We accomplish this by making 3 promises which we deliver on every time.

Three Promises by Switch

1) We will set reasonable timelines and meet them.
We won’t promise what we can’t deliver. What that means is simple. We have tons of clients come to us expecting the stars and in most cases we deliver. In the rare occasion that something isn’t possible, like a deadline, we tell you up front. With Switch there are no surprises. We promise.

2) We will keep you informed.
It is important to know were things stand, so we will keep you up to date. When you’ve got a contractor building something on your property you tend to want to know what they’re up to. It’s no different with your e-property and we at Switch realize that. We keep you in the loop so you know where you stand. We promise.

3) We will complete all aspects of the job.
You won’t have to ask twice. Chances are you’ve got enough on your plate. At Switch we pride ourselves on being part of the solution, not another burr in your saddle. When you say jump we say how high and you won’t have to keep asking, we’re on the job. We promise.

We want you to know you can rely on us but don’t take our word for it. Visit our testimonials page and see what our other clients have said about us. While you’re there take a look at how we inspired a client to make a video for us!

We get the job done, and done right, every time. We keep our 3 promises!
